Fielding Dickey, the owner and founder of Advanced Comp, has built an insurance agency which specializes in work comp only. With his experience, he formed a company with the model to provide a service to employers that was not being offered by typical brokers. Advanced Comp focuses on reducing employers’ work comp costs by utilizing risk management principles, claims management, medical management and profit leak prevention.
